Academia BBM Students Celebrate Dashain Fest 2026
The Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) students of Academia organized a vibrant Dashain Fest on October 5, 2026, bringing together students and members of the college community to celebrate one of Nepal’s most cherished festivals.
The event reflected the festive spirit of Dashain, a celebration that symbolizes family unity, blessings, happiness, and the triumph of good over evil. Through their collective efforts, the BBM students created an opportunity to enjoy the cultural significance of Dashain while strengthening relationships among students and promoting a sense of belonging within the college community.
“Dashain is more than a festival; it is a celebration of togetherness, cultural heritage, and the values that connect us as a community.”
The fest also provided BBM students with an opportunity to demonstrate their organizational, leadership, teamwork, and event management skills. Planning and conducting such an event allowed students to apply their classroom learning in a practical setting while developing confidence, creativity, and coordination.
“Events like Dashain Fest encourage students to move beyond the classroom, take initiative, work collaboratively, and develop skills that are essential for their future professional careers.”
Academia recognizes the enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication of its BBM students in organizing the celebration. Such student-led initiatives reflect the institution’s commitment to providing a holistic learning environment that integrates academic knowledge, practical experience, cultural awareness, and personal development.
The Dashain Fest 2026 was a meaningful occasion for the Academia community to embrace Nepal’s rich cultural traditions and celebrate the festive season together. The event highlighted the importance of student engagement in creating a lively, inclusive, and supportive college environment.
Academia extends its best wishes to all students, faculty members, staff, parents, and well-wishers for a joyful, peaceful, and prosperous Dashain.
Happy Dashain 2026!
