Position: Business Development Associate

Employment Type: Full-time 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities in IT services (software solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, networking, storage, etc.).
• Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Support to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate delivery timelines.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final semester) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
