Bachelor of Business Studies is a four-year degree program. It is an annual exam-based program. The main objective of BBS is to develop students into dynamic managers who can handle responsibility in every sector. Its primary motto is to prepare professional managers capable of handling business in a dynamic global environment. Besides that, it aims to produce socially responsible and creative entrepreneurs capable of promoting business and industry for the socioeconomic development of Nepal. This program also targets producing potential managers to compete in the 21st-century global market.

The main objective of the BBS program is to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and self-confidence among students to assist in effective and successful management within a constantly changing and highly competitive national and global business environment. Specifically, the main objectives of the BBS program are:

Career Prospects
BBS is the oldest and most established management degree in Nepal. BBS graduates serve in the Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources Management sectors in manufacturing and service industries. They can pursue their career in administrative positions in different government organizations, NGOs, and INGOs. They can function as brokers, investors, portfolio managers, advertisement or sales managers, finance managers, accountants, auditors, and management trainees. The different sectors in which a BBS graduate can work are: Corporate Communication, Finance, Strategic Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Human Resources, etc.
